[UPDATED: MONDAY SEPTEMBER 3RD 2012 @ 11:16 AM ET]

There is a “Slight Risk” for Severe Thunderstorms again today across portions of the Southeast. The best chance for Severe Monday will be in West GA, Central AL, and Central MS. The greatest threat will be damaging wind, but an isolated Tornado can not be ruled out.

As what;s left of Issac moves southeast today, this system still has a little punch to it. Enough to bring numerous showers and thunderstorms today across the southeast.

The best chances for wind damage will be in west GA, Central AL, and Central MS, however an isolated Tornado is also possible in these areas along with other areas of North and Central GA including the Atlanta area.

Any Tornado that does accure, will be brief and small, but damaging wherever it does. Stay ALERT late this afternoon and evening for the latest weather infomation. We will have the latest updates on Twitter and we will go Live this afternoon and evening, if watchs/warnings are issued.
